Terms of Service

By using Invico, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Invico is a free, local-first web app for generating invoices. It runs in your browser. All data is stored on your device, not on a server.

You own everything you create in Invico: invoices, client lists, and all other content. We never access, store, or see any of it. You are solely responsible for keeping backups.

You agree to use Invico only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to create fraudulent invoices, facilitate money laundering, or carry out any illegal activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every invoice you generate. Invico is a tool; you control its output.

Invico is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it is free from errors, that it will meet your needs, or that it will always be available.

We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or inability to use the app. Regularly export and store backups of your data in Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of Invico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Invico, including its code, design, and branding, belongs to its creator. This license does not apply to the invoices and client data you create — those are entirely yours.

We may change, update, or discontinue Invico at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
